Lake Charles Memorial Health System is proud to welcome the staff and physicians at Memorial's newest wound care location, at Imperial Pointe, to the team. 

Specializing in the treatment of chronic wounds, the team is made up of local physicians and nurses who are specifically trained in treating hard to heal wounds. Lake Charles Memorial Wound Care  has provided healing for people in southwest Louisiana since 1991. 

While every patient presents unique challenges, we have successfully treated:

If you have a wound that has not healed in 30 days or if you have diabetes, circulatory problems, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis or scleroderma, give our office a call today. 

Memorial Wound Care works with all home health agencies in the area and family members willing to provide home care between office visits. Most insurances accepted. Physician referrals are welcomed, but not necessary.   

Memorial Wound Care Center – Imperial Pointe is located at 1727 Imperial Blvd in Lake Charles. The office can be accessed by traveling on Nelson Road and turning east on Imperial Blvd. To locate, travel past the entrance to First National Bank Deridder and take the fourth entrance on the right into the parking lot, prior to The Villages of Imperial Pointe. The Wound Care Center is in the second building on the left, in Building #1, Suite A.
