2025 Memorial Day Holiday Closures

All clinic locations of Lake Charles Memorial Health System will be closed for the observance of Memorial Day on Monday, May 26, 2025. The Medical Plaza Pharmacy located at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital on Oak Park Blvd will also be closed on May 26, 2025. All hospitals and emergency room locations will still be fully open and operational.

All clinics will reopen on Tuesday, May 27.
