About This Event

  • Event Type:Seminar
Details:

It is perhaps the most often taken-for-granted sense – the sense of smell. In addition to alerting us to pleasantries like pastries baking away or potential emergencies like gas leaks or smoke– new research suggests that the loss of sense of smell can indicate problems with overall health as well.

To learn more about the latest studies and new concerns on disorders of smell and their health implications, join Dr. Samuel Sprehe, an allergist and ear, nose and throat specialist with Memorial Medical Group, for The Nose Knows, a free seminar that will be held on Friday, January 27 at 12 noon in the Shearman Conference Room at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital on Oak Park Boulevard.

Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance, and a light lunch will be provided. For more information call (337) 494-2936. To reserve your seat, please fill out the form below. If you can't make it you can watch this seminar live by visiting www.lcmh/watch.
