Sarah Clevenger, MD is a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician at Memorial Wound Care Center at Imperial Pointe. Dr. Clevenger provides wound care for patients suffering with complex wound healing.
Dr. Clevenger holds a bachelor's degree from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. She began her medical training at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in New Orleans. She continued her medical training with a residency at LSUHSC Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, where she served as chief resident.
She completed a 60-hour wound care certification course through Wound Educators. Her extensive background and years of diverse experience keep her on the cutting-edge of her field.
