Tribute Gifts

Through named gifts, The Foundation at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital provides a unique way to carry on your legacy. Named gifts can honor a loved one, pay tribute to a family, or recognize an organization for many years to come. Depending on the gift amount, gifts can be pledged over 2 – 5 years.

We invite you to contact The Foundation at 337.494.2354 for an overview of the current naming opportunities available throughout our various campuses.

You may make a donation to support a specific program or purchase dedication bricks, engraved with your choice of text. These bricks can be purchased and placed in one of three areas:

• The Todd Terrace at Memorial Hospital: The Todd Terrace is an outdoor relaxation area where patients, visitors and employees can enjoy lunch or the beautiful weather. Individuals, businesses, employees, and others may purchase a brick for this area. An 8” x 4” brick can be purchased for $100 or an 8” x 8” brick can be purchased for $250.

• The Military Plaza at Memorial Hospital: The Military Plaza is located at the front entrance of Memorial Hospital and is dedicated to veterans or active military in any branch of service. It is also open to first responders, police, law enforcement, EMT, and firemen. An 8” x 8” brick can be purchased for $100.

• The Central Plaza at Women’s Hospital: In partnership with the Holden’s Hope Organization, The Foundation offers this brick program as a special opportunity for families to memorialize and remember a child. The Center Plaza at the Women’s Campus serves as a quiet space for comfort and reflection to remember your sweet angel baby. An 8” x 8” brick can be purchased for $250. Your meaningful gift will support the Women’s and Children’s Fund.
