Conveniently located on Nelson Road, Memorial Family Medicine offers health services for your entire family. Our family medicine physicians and their team of healthcare professionals are ready to provide the care you need close to home.
Family medicine doctors can see patients of all ages for routine checkups, treatment for an illness, or managing of a chronic condition. However, the Nelson Road location does not see pediatric patients.
Your family medicine physician is the best ally you can have when it comes to tracking your medical history, wellness check, cancer screenings, and a resource when you are feeling sick with the flu or respiratory infection. A primary care physician is also the access point to other specialty referrals like orthopedic, cardiology, or behavioral health.
The family medicine office is in the same building as LCMH’s Internal Medicine and Orthopedic and Sports Medicine office. The office is on Nelson Rd, between CSE Federal Credit Union and the Market Basket Shopping Center. Parking is available on the front and the right side of the building.
