The Genetics office is located within the Surgery and Trauma office in MOB II at 2770 3rd Ave. The office is within Lake Charles Memorial Hospital and can be accessed through MOB II. The office is located on the first floor of MOB II in Suite 120. Patients can enter through the main doors of MOB and travel to the office door on the right, between the elevators and MOB II waiting room. Parking for MOB II is located on the northside of the hospital and can be accessed from 3rd Ave., 18th St., or 2nd Ave.
Also located in MOB II is the Medical Plaza Pharmacy and the Lake Charles Memorial Draw Station, offering patients the opportunity to see a physician, fill prescriptions and have lab tests conducted – all in one convenient location.
